This blend of tart and stimulating Grapefruit, zesty and uplifting Bitter Orange, sweet and herbaceous Basil, and bright and cheerful Lemon is ideal for use when undertaking large projects and tasks requiring clear, decisive thought.
The tangy scent of Grapefruit and the refreshingly sharp and enlivening scent of Bitter Orange work in conjunction to stimulate the mind by easing stress, frustration, and anxiety while improving negative emotions. Lemon and Basil both enhance this combination with properties that reduce and prevent fatigue, calm the mind and body, and increase alertness to improve concentration for enhanced efficiency.
How to use:
A 3-5% dilution is recommended for topical body applications. Add 10 drops of this synergy blend to ½ cup (120 ml / 4 oz.) of any POYA or other carrier oil and mix well. Works well with: Sweet Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil and Coconut Oil.

Caution:
It is possible that this blend may cause sensitivities. To reduce this risk, it is recommended that it be used only in dilution. This oil is not a replacement for traditional medicine.
