Instructions for use:

For warm therapy, heat in the microwave for 30 seconds (600-800 watts) or 25 seconds (850-1000 watts).  Prior to another treatment, allow the Mask to return to room temperature before heating or cooling. 

For cool therapy, place in freezer for 2 hours. 

Mask should be applied for 20 minutes.

To surface clean, use a damp cloth or sponge.
