Damages, Defects & Warranty Items
Our goal is to provide you with the best products at the best price, to pack them securely and to arrange shipment with a respected, cost-effective carrier. We want to do business with you in the long term and we will always work towards building a strong relationship.
Damages
Occasionally packages are damaged enroute. If a package is obviously damaged, you may refuse the shipment and notify us immediately. If you discover damages once the package is opened, please take a photo of the damage in situ, contact us immediately and retain the package, packaging material and product as is for further inspection.
Defects
Should you find a product defective, you have a maximum of Seven days from the date of receipt to advise us of the defect. Part of this process is determining the viability of returning the product and a Pre-authorization is required before the return. A number will be applied to the Pre-Authorization and this should accompany the returned products along with the Original Invoice and be received by us within Fourteen days of your original date of receipt. If the product if found to be defective, it will be exchanged with the same product from our Inventory or a refund made via the method of original purchase or a Discount Code created for use on a future purchase.
If it is deemed that a product was damaged or defective, we will assume the delivery charges via a carrier of our choice.
Warranty Items
Battle Creek Thermophores - These items come with a Two Year Replacement Warranty for manufacturing defects. This Warranty is between the end user and Battle Creek therefore please contact Battle Creek Customer Service at 1-800-253-0854 or 269-962-6181 or at customerservice@battlecreekequipment.com OR refer to the brochure contained with your original purchase. Â
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, complete with the original proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
For obvious health and other reasons, certain items - such as but not limited to - masks, pillows, gift cards, wipes, gloves, etc - cannot be returned.Â
Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do not send your return back to the Manufacturer.
Once the Return has been received, we’ll advise you of this as well as if the item has been approved or rejected for a refund. Upon approval, a refund will be credited via the method of original purchase minus credit card or etransfer fees, depending on your original method of payment. In some cases a Discount Code will be issued that can be used on a future purchase. Â
If the product is not what you ordered, we will assume the delivery charges via a carrier of our choice.
If the product is what you ordered and is not found to be damaged or defective, delivery charges will be for your account and will be deducted from the refund if the delivery was COD. Â
