ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business hours.  During seasonal times like Christmas, order processing can take up to 2-3 business days. 

SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMES

We ship from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada daily (Monday-Friday) via Canpar, FedEx, Purolator, UPS or Canada Post, to the world.   

For Orders that are not heavy, overdimensional or moving to Northern communities that are over $250 pre tax, we offer Free Shipping to each of the Canadian provinces.  We reserve the right to choose the the carrier and method of shipment. 

For Orders that are not heavy, overdimensional or moving to Northern communities  that are below $250 pre tax, we offer FLAT RATE SHIPPING of $15.00 to NS NB PE - and - FLAT RATE SHIPPING of $20.00 to NL QC ON MB SK AB BC - and - FLAT RATE SHIPPING of $30.00 to NT NU YT.  We reserve the right to choose the the carrier and method of shipment. 

For Orders that are heavy, overdimensional or moving to Northern communities, our Free Shipping Policy does not apply.  In these circumstances, we do our best to  procure the most economical rates from reliable carriers and will contact you to advise shipping options.  

Individual items that are overdimensional or heavy are noted as such on this website. Heavy items are individual items weighing over 50 lbs.  Combined shipments can also fall into the Heavy category.       

For local clients, we also offer a FREE Delivery every Wednesday to Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford and Lower Sackville on Orders over $50 pre tax.  All Orders placed by Tuesday closing will go out the following day. 

LOCAL PICK UP

We currently offer free Pick Up at 2955 Somerset Avenue, Halifax, NS B3L 3Z4 (Side Door) (RESIDENTIAL).  At Checkout, select the Pick Up option.  After you receive your Order Confirmation, you'll receive a second email advising that the Order is ready and we require that you let us know when you'll be by to pick it up.  Pick Up Orders are generally processed within 4-6 business hours.  If you have placed your order after business hours or within 2-3 hours of 5pm, your Order will be prepared the following day.
